The RESI-BUS service is our convenient and free bus service from our Reception Counter to your accommodation.

As a small welcome gift from us, every accommodation has free a free large water bottle, green tea, coffee, black tea, and a Kyoto snack provided when you arrive in your room.

RESI STAY offers free luggage storage at the RESI STAY Reception Counter.
There is no need to reserve, just stop by between our open hours to take advantage of this service.

Every RESI STAY self-service accommodation has kitchen facilities, either inside the rooms or shared. In the kitchen, you will find a microwave and refrigerator, electric kettle, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery.

Many of our RESI STAY self-service accommodations have USB charge ports. You can charge your phones, cameras, and other electronics without an adapter by using your USB cord and plugging it into the port directly.

We have free laundry facilities at all of our RESI STAY self-service accommodations. We also provide laundry detergent so please take advantage of this convenient service during your stay.

When you arrive at Kyoto Station, please come to the RESI STAY Reception Counter to check-in. The renovated Reception Counter is more spacious with a seating space in addition to our as well.

At check-in time, guests receive our original RESI STAY map. In addition to all of our RESI STAY accommodations, our recommended sightseeing spots are listed as well!
