RESI STAY Kyo Ryuvilux Nijo is located in the Gosho Minami area, the center of Heian-kyo.
In the surrounding area, there are many famous long-established stores such as Murakami Kaishindo (western-style confectionery) and Ippodo Tea Shop, and while the streets remain full of history, there are also many special restaurants and cafes in renovated town houses, and you can walk to spots such as Shijo Karasuma and Shijo Kawaramachi where commercial facilities are gathered.
This accommodation is also conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of both Kyoto Shiyakusho Mae Station on the Tozai Subway Line and Karasuma Oike Station, where two subway lines intersect.

“Suikinkutsu"
At the entrance, a “Suikinkutsu" is displayed as way to welcome guests. It is a type of Japanese garden ornament and musical device which has a clear and soothing sound, similar to those of a koto (a Japanese harp).
Mattresses are designed for comfortable sleep.
We equipped our beds with high quality mattress that uses high-density pocket coils that fits the body sleeping position.
They are antibacterial, anti-tick and odor control.
All rooms have a bathroom dryer
All rooms are equipped with a bathroom dryer. You can wash and dry your clothes or your child's clothes after a long trip.
