No advance reservation is required. After completing check-in at our Reception Counter , 3 minutes walk from Kyoto Station, just let our staff know that you would like to use the free luggage delivery service.
Your luggage will be delivered to your room or to the storage space within your accommodation by 9:00 p.m. on the same day.
