About the Reception Counter

At RESI STAY, the check in process is done collectively at the reception counter.
Please drop by the reception counter once you arrive at Kyoto Station. We will assist you with your check in procedure, explain the facilities available, store your luggage, and also let you know more about how you can enjoy the sightseeing spots.
Business hours 8:00 ~ 20:00
※Guests who want to check in before or after business hours should inform us in advance.

Passport for all guests
At the reception counter, we will make a copy for all guests. (For non-Japanese citizens only)
Reservation Voucher
Please bring the reservation voucher with you for our confirmation use. If you cannot print it out, please show it though your electric device such as iPhone.

There is a free one way shuttle bus service from the RESI STAY Reception Counter near Kyoto Station to the accommodation.
