Where to Store Your Luggage During Your Stay
We offer two convenient options for storing your luggage.
① Reception Counter in front of Kyoto Station
You can drop off your luggage at the reception counter in front of Kyoto Station. We provide complimentary storage before check-in and after check-out. No advance application is required, so feel free to take advantage of this service! The pick-up and drop hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You can also store your luggage for multiple days.

② Luggage storage space at accommodation
Our accommodations include luggage storage space where you can securely store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. This service is free, and no application is required. Instructions on how to use will be provided at check-in. Please note that not all facilities have storage space; kindly check the availability of storage in ‘Outline’, on the detailed page of each accommodation.
We offer Delivery Service from Reception counter to your room.
After check-in at the counter, we deliver your luggage to the room you stay.

Sending luggage to RESI STAY
When sending luggage in advance, please write
(1) the name of the person who made the reservation
(2) the date of check-in/check-out
(3) the name of the accommodation booked
on the invoice and send it to the following address.
