For cancellations made before the stay, refunds will be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable to your reservation, after deducting the cancellation fee. Please review the cancellation policy at the time of booking.

If you cancel a reservation that has already been paid by bank transfer, an additional handling fee will be charged separately from the cancellation fee. For details, please refer to “Refund After Cancellation.”

For group bookings (reservations of 4 rooms or more), the following cancellation charges apply:

From 30 days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the accommodation fee
From 14 days prior to the check-in date: 100% of the accommodation fee
