What is the Room Charge System?
At RESI STAY, most of our facilities use a room charge system (except RESI STAY Shinshinen). The room charge refers to the cost of staying per room. The price remains the same regardless of how many guests stay, as long as the number of guests is within the room’s maximum occupancy. The more guests, the lower the cost per person!
Save More with Consecutive Nights
A cleaning fee is charged per stay, regardless of the number of nights. Therefore, the longer you stay, the more economical it becomes!
