Please feel free to leave your luggage in the luggage storage area before check-in and after check-out. Wire locks are provided, but please keep track of your own belongings and take valuables, such as money and passports, with you.
※ The storage is located to the left of the entrance door (next to the PIN pad).

※ How to open:
1. Enter your PIN.
2. Turn the knob to the right.
3. Pull the door to the left.

The Wi-Fi password is listed on the acrylic stand in your room, so please check it.

Trash bins and garbage bags are provided in your room.
*Extra trash bags are located in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
Please separate your garbage into two types: 
① Cans, glass bottles, and plastic bottles
② Household waste
When your room’s trash bin is full, please take your garbage to the large container located outside the building. After placing your garbage in the large container, please make sure to close the lid. Do not dispose of trash on the street or in bins belonging to other buildings.

There is no daily housekeeping during your stay.
If you have accumulated rubbish during your stay, please dispose of it in the designated rubbish area outside.
Please use the vacuum cleaner and washing machine provided in your room.

Staff members may sometimes enter your room for maintenance purposes during your stay. You will be notified in advance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. There is a safety box in your room for your valuables.

③ The door will open automatically.

When checking out, please place the red tag from your room into the box at the entrance.

How to use the MICROWAVE:
① Choose the amount of time by pressing the time buttons.
　( Ex. 2 minutes = Press the 1 min. button 2 times )
② Press the Start button to start heating. Press CANCEL to stop early. 
*Please do not use the black square plate when microwaving.

How to use the GRILL or OVEN:
① Choose the TOASTER-GRILL or OVEN button. 
② Set the time. ( Ex. 30 minutes = Press the 10 min. button 3 times )
③ PRESS WARM START button to start heating. Press CANCEL to stop early. 

⚠️When the light is on, please be careful as the cooker is very hot.

※Washing machine is fully automatic

HOW TO USE：
① Press the Power ON button.
② Put one detergent pod into the washing machine.
③ Put the clothes into the washing machine.
④ Press the Start button.
⑤ When the wash cycle is finished, the machine will stop automatically and notify you with a buzzer.
⑥ Power off. 
※Drying function is not available.

① Remove the seat cushion from the sofa.

② The bed linens are in the closet.
　 Place the bed linens on the bed. 

There is no smoking inside the guest rooms, balcony, nor on the streets surrounding the building. If guests smoke inside the building or on the streets around the accommodation, there will be a fine of 10,000 yen.

*Guests may smoke at the designated space only.

Please bring all your personal belongings home.
A disposal fee of 10,000 yen will be charged for bulky items such as strollers, suitcases, etc. that are left at the accommodation.
Do not throw your rubbish on the road or in the trash cans of other buildings.

If you have forgotten an item in your room, we will keep it for two weeks.  We can forward forgotten items to you by charging delivery fee and commission fee (1,000 yen per delivery) .
*If we do not hear from you in regards to the items, we will dispose of them.

RESI STAY accommodations do not have parking or bicycle parking facilities. If you are renting a car, please use a paid parking space. To avoid causing inconvenience to the local residents, please do not park your car or bicycle in any area other than paid parking lots or bicycle parking facilities.
If your vehicle is found parked in unauthorized areas, a fine of 30,000 yen will be charged.
Penalties will also apply for parking in prohibited or legally restricted areas.

Please make sure to turn on the fan in the kitchen when cooking. Cooking without the fan may cause the fire alarm to go off.

Please be considerate of the neighbors by keeping quiet late at night and early in the morning.
Excessive noise or drunkenness that disturbs other guests or neighbors may result in your stay being shortened or cancelled.

During your stay, if you or someone you are traveling with becomes ill with the flu or a similar illness, please contact the Reception counter. We would like to take special steps during our cleaning process in order to prevent the spread of illness, Thank you for your cooperation.

・Even if it is just for a short period of time, bringing non-registered guests into the room or building is prohibited.
・Please do not move beds in your room for safety reasons.
