When you arrive at Kyoto Station, please come to the RESI STAY Reception Counter to check in.
At check-in, we will give you details about your accommodation, luggage storage, and house rules. If you have any questions about Kyoto, please ask our staff! We also have a small kids space with toys for children.
Please make sure to check the emails from RESI STAY in regards to check-in. If you have not received them, contact the Reception Counter.
