Luggage
We offer two convenient options for storing your luggage.
① Reception Counter in front of Kyoto Station
You can drop off your luggage at the reception counter in front of Kyoto Station. We provide complimentary storage before check-in and after check-out. No advance application is required, so feel free to take advantage of this service! The pick-up and drop hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You can also store your luggage for multiple days.

② Storage Space at accommodation
Our accommodations include storage space where you can securely store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. This service is free, and no application is required. Instructions on how to use will be provided at check-in. Please note that not all facilities have storage space, so kindly check the detailed page of each accommodation.
We offer convenient luggage shipment services from following two locations.We can arrange shipment to anywhere in Japan, including your next accommodation or the airport. Please feel free to drop by and inquire about our shipping options.

Notes
The shipping time usually takes 1 to 2 days, and we use Yamato Transport for the delivery.
The shipping charges vary depending on the size of the package.
Please be aware that we are unable to receive any luggage sent to the accommodations, as there are no staff to receive.If you would like to send your luggage, please send it to ①the reception counter in front of Kyoto Station.
However, only ②THE KYOTO, ③Mayu Grace Hotel, and ④cotorune KYOTO can be sent directly to the facility exceptionally.
When sending luggage in advance, please write
(1) the name of the person who made the reservation
(2) the date of check-in/check-out
(3) the name of the accommodation booked
on the invoice and send it to the following address. Please also contact the Reception Counter (info@resistay.jp)to inform above and the expected departing/arrival date of your luggage.
