Important Information

*All drivers will contact you in advance and arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before the trip begins.

*For airport pickups, a complimentary waiting time of 90 minutes is provided from the actual flight arrival time. For all other trips, a complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes is provided from the scheduled pickup time. Any additional waiting time will be charged at a rate of 4,000 JPY for each 30 minutes or less.

*For sightseeing charter services（City Sightseeing, One-Day Sightseeing）, additional charges will apply for overtime. Any additional waiting time will be charged at a rate of 8,000 JPY per hour.
