We will deliver fine Japanese style cuisine directly from Kinobu to your room! 

Kinobu, a Michelin starred Japanese style restaurant, was opened in 1935 through the good will of ryori-ryokan called Kifuji, a purveyor to the Imperial Palace.

The current owner, Chef Takuji Takahashi, taking  over "Kinobu" as the third generation, is working on a new cooking method  incorporating western and Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients into traditional Japanese cuisine. 

They purchase seafood from the market every morning, and directly deal with selected ingredients  from each region carefully. 

Enjoy a variety of dishes created by Chef Takahashi's technique and sensibility with seasonal ingredients in your room!
