RESI STAY's check-in process is done collectively at the reception desk.
Upon arrival at Kyoto Station, please proceed to the reception counter. As part of our check-in services, we will explain the amenities, store your luggage, and provide you with information regarding sightseeing.

Guests will receive an email with a link to pre-check-in after booking. The link will require all guest information. Guests who do not complete this step in advance will be asked to do so at check-in. This process is highly recommended before arrival. Learn more here.
At the front desk we will make copies for them. (Only for non-Japanese citizens)
Bring your reservation voucher for our confirmation. If you cannot print it out, please show it through your electric device (mobile phone).

Luggage storage is available in the check-in area.

Shuttle bus service
We are temporarily suspending shuttle service due to the spread of COVID-19. We will update this page when it is resumed.
There is a free one way shuttle bus service from the RESI STAY Reception Counter near Kyoto Station to the accommodation.
The bus runs everyday from 12：15 to 20:00. There are three shuttle buses that are based on availability. Please ask for the next departure at check-in.
